ABB and United Electrical Specialist (UES) renews partnership

United Electrical Specialist (UES) recently renewed its contract as a channel partner (CP) of ABB Philippines for Building Solutions. Showing off the signed contract and representing UES and ABB respectively Albert Bato, UES President/CEO; and Christine Penequito, PHABB’s Marketing and Sales Director Electrification Smart Building, Smart Power. Present from ABB, to witness the activity were Jessica Pereyra, Sales Manager for Distribution (leftmost); and Joy Lopez, Channel Sales Specialist (rightmost). The signing was held at UES’ office in Silang, Cavite. UES is a system integrator partner of ABB Philippines for Building Solutions; as well as a distributor partner for Softstarters.

ABB and Poweredge inks partnership anew

ABB Philippines Inc. and Poweredge Solutions, Phil. renewed its partnership in a simple signing ceremony, held at the latter’s soon-to-open Center For Excellence Facility in Cainta, Rizal. The ABB delegation, was led by Christine Penequito, PHABB’s Marketing and Sales Director Electrification Smart Building, Smart Power; and Jiggs Sanchez, Channel Sales Specialist Manager. Representing Poweredge were Joris Spanhoff, Managing Director and Lucien Magpantay, President and General Manager. Aside from being an esteemed channel partner, Poweredge was also recently named as an ABB Value Provider (AVP), the first for ABB Philippines.

Global technology leader ABB, Inc. recently recognized Poweredge Solutions Philippines, Inc. as its first ABB Value Provider (AVP) in the country. ABB Sensors' experts pique interest in media roundtable

ABB Sensor experts' Lukas Cesky and Roman Gvritishvili took turns in answering the questions of the invited press members during the media roundtable arranged by ABB.

According to Cesky, ABB’s advanced sensors are helping customers to deliver a safe and sustainable power supply 24/7. It has an easy and fast engineering process, short delivery time, flexibility, and reliability.

ABB’s MV sensors are also designed for applications which provide increasing levels of remote control and communication, key to helping industries and utilities to integrate higher levels of renewable energy resources to reduce emissions and cut energy costs.

ABB Sensors is the latest addition to the growing distribution solutions portfolio in the Philippine market.

Swiss Ambassador congratulates PH ABB on launch of new product


His Excellency Alain Gaschen, Ambassador of Switzerland to the Philippines was the guest of honor in the recent stakeholder engagement hosted by PH ABB, Inc.

The event also served as the launchpad of ABB Sensors, the newest product in the local distribution solutions portfolio.

ABB and Solar Philippines deliver pioneering solar power plant project


ABB and solar energy provider Solar Philippines have collaborated on a 63.3 MW solar plant project that will provide more than 400,000 people with sustainable energy.

The Calatagan Solar Farm in Batangas is one of the largest solar facilities on Luzon, the largest and most populous island in the Philippines, with 200,928 solar panels providing electricity to more than 413,000 people across six municipalities in Western Batangas.
