Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to compile the list, anonymously surveying 8,000 Canadians working for businesses with at least 500 employees. The Canada’s Best Employer list ranks the top 300 employers across 25 different industries, including engineering, manufacturing, utilities and transportation and logistics. Their methodology included surveying respondents and asking them to rate the willingness on a scale of one to 10 to recommend one’s own employer, as well as, to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stood out.
