This activity was held by the Swedish Embassy in cooperation with Swedish companies, including ABB. The representatives are senior government officials, local businesses, media, Swedish companies in Viet Nam and their partners. It is estimated approximately 600 visitors participating the event.
Mentioning about companies operating in clean-tech field as ABB in Vietnam, The Swedish Ambassador, Mrs. Camilla Mellander shared: "Swedish clean-tech companies are active in a wide range of fields, such as waste water cleaning, biogas, waste-to-energy and just to mention a few. Many of these innovative clean-tech companies have started to work here in Viet Nam as well, bringing technology that can help Viet Nam on its path to becoming a greener economy."
In the event, along with many interesting music performances, visitors were very interested in 'Discover Swedish people, culture, sport and music' contest. Besides that, attendants could visit the art exhibition of 27 pictures from photo contest "Swedish Innovations through Vietnamese Lenses" to celebrate 45 years of diplomatic relations between Sweden and Vietnam in 2014.
This event was a good opportunity to ABB in Vietnam in order to promote our brand and products, affirms our long-term commitment in Vietnam.
