The VD4 vacuum circuit-breaker, one of ABB's leading products, is used for control and protection of cables, overhead lines, substations, motors, and transformers. The Xiamen facility started producing VD4 in 1994. VD4's success today in China is a manifestation of customers' high recognition and acknowledgment for ABB's proven technology and products.
