ABB’s Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow

We are building a new service organization called GBS which strives to make the work lives of all ABB people worldwide easier and more effective. The GBS network consists of six centers spread across the globe and enables the whole of ABB to deliver on our brand promise: Let’s write the future. Together. The largest of our centers is placed in Krakow, Poland.

The Krakow center is designed to provide dedicated, high-quality services, including Finance, Human Resources (HR), Information Systems (IS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to ABB’s business units worldwide. It is not only the biggest GBS unit, but also the one that builds on the vast experience of the former Information Systems Delivery Center (ISDC), which was established over 10 years ago and still plays an integral part in IS globally.
