Maximum utilization

The simplified design of the cell makes it easier to install and commission and simplifies modular arrangement. Placing the robot above the positioner maximizes the working envelope and achieves substantial space savings, enabling customers to optimize the use of their factory floor space.

Flexibility unlocked

The gantry mount robot design makes it possible to add up to four robots in one FlexArc Compact cell, without making structural changes, to boost productivity. The cell can also be easily integrated with B, C, and R-type positioners.

Expertise digitalized

OmniVance FlexArc Compact can be enhanced with a digital layer that has been developed with over 20 years of deep domain experience. The digital layer collects, selects, and visualizes key data to drive better business decisions.
