Geometrical tooling

With the use of geometrical tooling, it manages both the handling and the positioning of the parts in one function instead of using dedicated machinery or equipment and handling grippers.

Faster and more flexible

This body framing system uses flexible robots to hold the car body components together during welding. It is more flexible than its predecessors and speeds up the process of delivering new model variants to the market.

Perfect precision

The FlexFramer uses two or three robots to take the panels, place them into position and hold them tightly while additional robots perform the welding operation. The system is designed for extreme precision and can resist the pressure of the welding process.

Geometrical accuracy

The robots use three interconnected tools during the welding process which ensures geometrical accuracy of the car body.
