The steel pallet your IRB8700 have been safely delivered on is property of ABB and shall be returned according to instructions.
Within European Union:
Book your transportation for return freight according to “Booking ABB Robotics Euroconnect” file. Fill the booking form and e-mail it to robotics.transport@se.abb.com.
For orders routed via EDP-CZ, you shall also add cz-edp.orders@cz.abb.com.
Transportation booking and cost is handled by ABB.
Outside European Union:
Contact robotics.transport@se.abb.com
Kindly return the steel pallet so that the steel pallet will arrive at delivery address latest 25 weeks after delivery date of Robot system from ABB. If the pallet is not returned within specified time an invoice of 4000 EUR for the pallet will be issued.
For orders routed via EDP-CZ, you shall also add cz-edp.orders@cz.abb.com.
