Dynamic Model

The IRB 7710-SFX leverages on the power of OmniCore™ and an integrated dynamic model to ensure all axes are operating for optimal speed and lifetime.

Part Transfer

A linear optimized path, from pick to drop. The parallel transport eliminates the need to rotate the part between presses, allowing for reduced vibrations, press-to-press distances and shorter cycle times. The optional integrated side-shifting and tilting units provides additional flexibility without penalizing the cycle time.

Modular design

The IRB 7710-SFX has a modular design, allowing for four configurations:

6+1 Axes: IRB 7710 + LinAx
6+3 Axes: IRB 7710 + LinAx + 2x Tilting Units or IRB 7710 + LinAx + 2x Side-Shifting Units
6+5 Axes: IRB 7710 + 2x Tilting + 2x Side-Shifting
