The objectives of ABB Turkey Managements Systems Policy are as follows:
- To comply with existing legal and standard requirements and observe ABB Global rules,
- To deliver safe and quality products to our customers in a timely manner,
- To establish, monitor, review and sustain the systems necessary to continually improve Management Systems and process performances,
- To provide education and assistance to our employees, suppliers, contractors, business partners, and customers to help them fulfill their responsibilities in domains of Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Quality,
To be able to improve our products and processes;
- Identify and understand our customer’s expectations, measure customer perceptions, and implement improvements to increase customer satisfaction,
- Mitigate the risks in accordance with Health and Safety & Environment standards so far as is reasonably practicable,
- Consider energy and resource efficiency,
- Give importance to use renewable energy sources and ecyclable materials,
- To ensure safe contractors and business partners by selecting contractors and suppliers that perform to ABB’s Health and Safety, Environment and Quality requirements,
- To anticipate the risks and hazards that could cause accidents and incidents with the engagement of our employees and to ensure the investigation of all accidents so that effective control and monitoring systems could be established and managed for preventing reoccurrence,
- To specify the responsibilities in these regard and to ensure that everyone, from top management to all employees, do their part in this endeavor and fulfill their obligations,
- To establish the necessary systems to manage crises and emergencies and to inform and educate our employees, contractors, suppliers, business partners, interns, visitors, and even our neighbors and the society,
- To embed social responsibility & company ethics policies in our business practices.
