In this role, Jason is responsible for ensuring HR-related policies and practices are in line with local regulations and consistently applied across the different businesses, while overseeing any HR-related compliance, fiduciary and government relations responsibilities. He also partners with the business to ensure our diverse US workforce receives high-quality HR support and services and their needs are represented across the various HR functions, such as performance & rewards and talent acquisition & advancement.
Jason joined ABB in January 2007 and is also the Global HR Business Partner for ABB’s NEMA Motor Division. Prior to assuming his current roles, he was the Global HR Business Partner for the Mechanical Power Transmission Division and Vice President – Human Resources for Baldor Electric Company.
Prior to joining ABB, Jason worked for Hallmark Cards for 15 years in a variety of HR positions. Jason earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management from the University of Arkansas and a MBA from Washburn University.
