On July 2011, ABB was incorporated as a local entity in Bangladesh with 2 locations and 30 employees. It established and started operations of the 2nd turbocharger service station & warehouse facility in Gazipur. That year, ABB in Bangladesh also celebrated its first locally assembled low voltage panel, helping the office attain the status of manufacturer in the country.
On December 2021, ABB established and started operations of the Service Station for Electrification Business.
Present workforce of ABB in Bangladesh is around 30 employees, across 2 offices with 25 experienced Engineers.
