It is important not only for legal reasons to train all people on site, but also for the safety of our employees. It is therefore mandatory for all new employees to visit this site, to know and understand the contents. The digital confirmation at the end is therefore necessary.

ABB Governance Portal

LAT and Local BATs (Table of Authority ABB Switzerland - signatory regulation ABB Switzerland):
The local signature regulations of the individual business areas (Local BATs) define for individual transactions who is authorized to act legally for ABB.

ABB Way- Code of Conduct

An important part of the ABB Governance Framework (ABB Governance Portal) is the Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct sets out the most important rules of behavior for our company. They relate, among other things, to the respectful treatment of customers, suppliers, governments, employees and the responsible use of information and the environment.

Mystery Coffee & Lunch - Get connected & build your network!

Please be invited to join our Mystery Coffee platform to have (virtual) coffee breaks and thereby help improve social connectivity amongst our organization.

How does Mystery Coffee & Lunch work?

Mystery Coffee & Lunch gives you the opportunity to take a break, meet with someone outside of your direct network and get to know others. You may wish to talk about a topic of interest to you both, find out more about each other’s role / function, share common interests or just have a chat.

Registration: To sign up, simply fill out the registration form on Mystery Coffee & Lunch. You can register for short coffee breaks and/or for face-to-face lunches.

Matching: Mystery Coffee & Lunch will regularly assign you a random partner. Both of you will then receive an email with each other’s contact details. The system suggests a time to meet but you can of course pick a time that works best for you both.

There is no defined agenda for the meetings, just take the chance to meet other Process Industries Switzerland colleagues and have a chat with them about any subject you would like. Note that your participation is absolutely voluntary.

Settings

You will receive a personal link to manage your settings. In the settings you can manage your dates and your availability (e.g. vacation) as well as pause or cancel your participation.
