Smart Talks is an initiative where ELSP makes available the best subject matter expert for a dedicated virtual customer experience. The objective is to give ABB customers, in coordination with the GMS and the LSUs, the opportunity to interact directly with our specialists on a predefined list of innovative technical and application-related topics.
Final clients will be selected and invited by the LSU to meet ABB specialist in tailor-made sessions of one hour; here half an hour will be reserved to a lecture and half an hour for answering questions, receiving feedback, sharing experience, strengthening the relation with the customer. Therefore these events are not only training, but real talks, and smart, in order to grow the business together.
The most significant topics are proposed: EDCS, Digital solutions, Data centers, ATS, Energy efficiency, IEC 61850, DC energy distribution, Predictive maintenance, Arc flash mitigation.
