The major challenge was making the price and the technical concept of using the intelligent system instead of a conventional system acceptable for the client. The client required maximum flexibility and reliability of the system, controlling and monitoring of each circuit, local control at each lighting tower, central control by touch screen, visual graphic monitoring and a multi scenes function.
The KNX system is able to fulfill all the client's requirements with a very simple network which also represents a very important advantage of this system: the possibility of using remote control.
