Raiffeisen Zentral Bank (RZB) Salzburg

The Salzburg RZB offices are located in a protected historical monument. The Karajan House was erected between 1863 and 1866 and the famous ruler spent his childhood and youth there. The premises belongs to the Raiffeisen organisation in Salzburg since 1976.

What were the challenges in fulfilling the wishes of the customer?

The renovations and reconstructions in a protected house posed a challenge for all firms involved in this project. The constructional possibilities were very restricted, since no previsions for cabling had been built in.

Why was the decision for a KNX solution made?

The KNX system enables a secure data transmission and signal transfer through a simple structure as well as a minimal use of wires.
