Fuse switch disconnectors
SLE is a fuse switch disconnector with dependent manual operation for three-pole breaking. It is used for protecting electrical wiring and equipment from damages due to surges and overload conditions, as well as enabling safe manual connection and disconnection of electrical circuits under load.
Kabeldon fuse-switch disconnectors are designed for high reliability. SLE meets the strength requirements of the European standard for use in cable distribution cabinets, distribution boards, substations and compact secondary substations, CSS.
SLE has two main accessories:
- JDDE earthing device for safe maintenance
- PHE parallel handle for simultaneous operation of two SLE units

SLE has full IP20 protection to enable safe usage and installation. The lid is lockable and sealable to prevent unauthorized access.

SLE has multiple features to simplify installation and handling. Adjustable connectors simplify the installation of cables. Large inspection windows facilitate fuse monitoring. QR codes enable easy access to product documentation. The lid is removable to simplify change of fuses. Indicators show when bolts are correctly tightened.
Optimum interface
SLE is compatible with old and new Kabeldon systems. The handle is strong and robust and the hinges are improved to enable smooth maneuvering of the lid. Torque is harmonized with the Kabeldon system.
