This February, we make it easier for consumers to search for and buy ABB products on Lazada. ABB has partnered with authorized distributors, TD Global Corporation (TDG) and A&E Engineering to launch online stores on Lazmall, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, selling authentic goods. Everything a buyer could need is just a few screen touches or computer clicks.
Starting first with low voltage products such as miniature circuit breakers (MCB), residual current circuit-breakers with overcurrent protection (RCBO), surge protective devices (SPD), and smart power products such as contactors, relays, and many more, authorized stores will gradually introduce more of ABB’s new products for smart homes and smart buildings. With a touch of the screen, users can directly go into TDG’s or into A&E’s authorized store and find the items they want.

The stores’ user-friendly interface allows customers to quickly learn about each product's appearance, features, and price, to easily complete their purchase. The stores also provide chat features with an online customer service representative who can immediately answer questions and provide technical recommendations to help buyers make a more well informed decision.
Vietnam has become the second largest market in Southeast Asia with a huge youthful population of Internet users. According to estimates, the number of consumers shopping online in Vietnam reached 60 million in 2022, accounting for nearly 74.8% of all internet users.
