• ABB will delight the public with two ABB Formula E simulators creating real race experiences
ABB Romania participates as Partner in the Midsommar – a unique event hosted by the Swedish Embassy at Roaba de Cultura, in the historical Herastrau Park of Bucharest. The event will be organized in two days of events, talks, workshops, games and open-air concerts.
ABB’s presence in the Midsommar is the perfect opportunity for the company to share more knowledge of its products, with a focus on home solutions, such as the AC Wallbox charging station and presenting them more closely to the public.
The main attractions of the ABB booth are the two ABB Formula E simulators, where people of all ages will be able to experience virtual races, between June 10-11, 2023. Participants will have the opportunity to be at the steering wheel of a Formula E race simulator and experience the race as if for real.
ABB is title partner of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, bringing the thrill of electric racing to as many people as possible, on city-center circuits around the world. But more than that, the partnership showcases the world’s most advanced e-mobility technologies, which help ABB drive progress towards a more sustainable future. For Season 9 of the championship, ABB has also taken on the role of Official Charging Partner, whereby the ABB Race Charger provides power to all 11 teams.
