In order to provide world-class service with seamless cooperation and to assure continuous improvement in the future, GSC FI started harmonizing warranty process. We would like to inform You that Warranty handling team starts handling also Spare part warranty orders. It means that all warranty orders are handled by the Estonian team. The country responsibilities will be the same for all warranty cases.
Inquiries and follow-up of old spare parts warranty cases (placed before 12th of November) must be finalized with the Finnish team.
