ABB’s intuitive Product Selection Tool (PST) expands to cover smart control cabinets and technologically advanced medium-voltage sensors. PST makes sure the offerings are within easy reach and requests for quotations just a few clicks away.
PST continues to grow, in terms of both number of users and the range of products and solutions it covers. In addition to the whole distribution automation (DA) offering for both IEC and ANSI markets, PST now also covers ABB’s future-proof sensors for medium-voltage gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and air-insulated switchgear (AIS) applications. Another addition is a set of smart control cabinets, which represent a cost-effective and convenient way to increase automation in the distribution network. It is available in the following languages:

PST makes contacting ABB effortless and simple, as you can request a quotation without having to specify the recipient’s email address. This is particularly convenient when you do not have an established contact at ABB already. To request a quotation, you select your product, create a unique order code using the product configurator, add it to the shopping cart, and press the ‘Request Quotation’ button.
The interactive product configurator makes PST an excellent tool for configuring your unique product, with no risk of configuration errors. Accessing price information and making comparisons is easy.
“By pressing the ‘Send email to’ button, you can conveniently share the configuration, for instance, with your colleagues as a basis for discussion,” said Marco Nunes, global product marketing manager at ABB. “‘Copy product’ copies the specification of the unique product in your shopping cart to allow smooth transfer into your own documentation.”
PST also allows convenient access to the most recent product version and the latest product information. This makes the tool both fast and easy to use.
