Kindly note that Finland is celebrating Independence Day on Thursday 6.12 which means that no orders will be handled or shipped out this week's Thursday. The warranty team in Jüri is working normally but no orders are shipped out. In case of an emergency, you can contact our 24/7 spare part emergency service by calling our call center +358 10 22 27100. You can refer to "FIDSE" which is a unique key word to emergency service's contact card. The emergency service fee is 600€ per case (incl. four hours of work).
We have recently changed the Newsbank tool and we apologize that it is not working perfectly yet.
