ABB teams with SCIpact to deliver HVAC control and sustainable solutions for Government projects.

  • SCIpact is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing unique access to projects and an existing ABB partner delivering EV Charging solutions to system integrators
  • Partnership builds on ABB’s history of delivering cutting-edge solutions to enhance energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability in a broad range of building types
  • Collaboration intends to evolve the way government buildings are controlled and managed

ABB HVAC Building Automation, a global leader in innovative and sustainable building automation solutions, is pleased to announce a new solution partnership with SCIpact, Inc, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a leading technology integrator, program manager, and solution provider for energy efficiency design-build projects.

With a shared commitment to delivering superior building automation solutions, ABB and SCIpact will leverage their respective expertise to provide U.S. Government end-users, engineering firms, and contractors with cost effective and comprehensive solutions tailored to specific needs. By integrating ABB’s advanced HVAC systems and SCIpact’s industry and government process knowledge, this partnership will help optimize the way government buildings’ HVAC building automation and controls systems are controlled and managed.

"ABB’s HVAC Building Automation team leverages a comprehensive solutions portfolio and years of industry expertise that, combined with thoughtful partnerships, enhance energy efficiency, comfort and sustainability in a broad range of building types,” said Craig Hall, Business Development Manager for ABB Building Automation. "Growing our existing collaboration with SCIpact will better position ABB to bring these solutions to government-owned facilities alongside a partner who is well-versed in the industry’s unique requirements.”

The partnership will benefit customers within the government market across commercial buildings. SCIpact will work with ABB’s System Integrator partners to propose, install and support ABB Building Automation solutions. This effort will initially focus on “Prime building automation systems projects,” Veterans Administration projects and other government projects. Secondly, SCIpact, having access to ABB EV Charging solutions, will be able to support ABB System Integrator partners when sustainable or Energy management solutions require the Systems Integrator to include EV Charging solutions.

“The fact that ABB, a large, multi-national electrical infrastructure and technology provider, chose SCIpact as their Service-disabled Small Business partner is both exciting and humbling.  This partnership provides our Federal customers with additional contracting options via set-aside and simplified acquisition procurement of the most technologically advanced building automation systems.” Michael Bartlett, U.S. Navy Veteran, President SCIpact.
