ABB has launched the MegaFlex DPA UPS system, now delivering from 1000 kW to 2000 kW of intelligent power protection for the world's most demanding data center environments. Optimized for colocation, hyperscale, and neocloud facilities, the MegaFlex DPA brings intelligent energy infrastructure to next-generation data centers.

Designed to meet the exponential growth of AI workloads and real-time data processing, the MegaFlex DPA offers best-in-class VFI efficiency up to 97.6%, a modular architecture for seamless scalability, and true front access for simplified serviceability. The system supports both distributed static and central static internal bypass architecture options, allowing configurations tailored to universal voltages—380/400/415/440/460/480 V, 50/60 Hz, with 3-wire or 4-wire connection flexibility—targeting IT, AI, and mechanical loads.
The system’s Xtra VFI mode dynamically adjusts active modules based on load, minimizing energy waste and reducing CO₂ emissions. Integrated with ABB’s SmartTracker platform, MegaFlex DPA benefits from continuous remote monitoring and predictive maintenance insights that help operators maximize uptime, maintain peak efficiency, and extend system life across single‑site and global deployments.
