ABB launches new generation of wiring accessories, strengthening its electrical ecosystem from source to socket

At the launch event themed “Powering Modern Living through Comfort, Safety and Sustainability” on 24 July 2026, ABB unveiled six new wiring accessories ranges: Acus, Velet, Zita, Mayple, Velet120 and Mayple120. Designed to address diverse design preferences and application needs, the new portfolio expands customer choice across residential, commercial and hospitality projects while supporting safer and more convenient homes and buildings.  

The new product ranges have been developed to suit diverse architectural styles, functional requirements and investment levels. From apartments and villas to hotels and commercial developments, customers can easily select solutions that best match the specific needs of each project. 

In recent years, ABB has continued to invest in research and development to expand its wiring accessories portfolio, responding to growing market demand for aesthetics, convenience and electrical safety.
