The first two days are due to Easter, 1.5. is the Labour Day and 30.5. is the Ascension Day.
Kindly note that these days will add to standard lead times e.g. PM kit orders are confirmed to 17 days this week instead of the normal 14 days.
Our warranty handling team in Jüri, Estonia is working on Mon 22.4. and on Thu 30.5. but nothing will ship as the warehouse in Finland is closed.
In case of an emergency, you can contact our 24/7 spare part emergency service by calling our call center +358 10 22 27100. If the call center has problems finding the correct service, you can refer to "FIDSE" (=a unique key word to our contact card). The emergency service fee is 600€ per case (incl. four hours of work).
