Dear All, We would like to inform all local service sales managers within MOMG about the upcoming summer vacation period which starts from week 28 until week 33. All orders that are placed during these weeks or have delivery dates that occur during these weeks will have 4 weeks extended delivery time. From now on you will notice this when we send order acknowledgments. In our quotations we state “working weeks” which do not consider week 28 until week 33. Orders for stock parts will have 1 week delivery time. The reason for the extended delivery time is due to the fact that most suppliers are closed during this period or have reduced capacity. We will also have reduced staff during this period. I therefore kindly ask you to distribute this mail to all relevant personnel within your organization.
