GSC Finland will be closed on Friday June 21st due to Midsummer celebrations. The warranty handling team in Estonia has a normal working day but please note that no orders are shipped out due to the warehouse being closed.
Monday 24th of June Warranty team in Estonia remains closed due to Midsummer day. Your orders will be handled partly by our colleagues in GSC FI Customer Service. Orders might be handled with delay. Warehouse logistics in Finland is operating normally.
In case of an emergency, you can contact our 24/7 spare part emergency service by calling our call center +358 10 22 27100. If the call center has problems finding the correct service, you can refer to "FIDSE" (=a unique key word to our contact card). The emergency service fee is 600€ per case (incl. four hours of work).
