Swedish Embassy's booth also welcomed SAPA and Atlas Copco Vietnam. Jointly held by the Department of Industry & Trade and the HCMC Power Corporation, the exhibition featured nearly 100 enterprises showcasing their power saving, environmental friendly and renewable energy products at 120 stands promoting the development of new energies, renewable energies and energy saving products, mainly focusing on power saving products and methods of saving energy.
At Enertec 2012, ABB showcased energy efficiency demo case designed to demonstrate the benefits of using ABB low voltage AC drives. During the exhibition, we had received a lot of attention from visitors. On this occasion, representatives from our LP, FES and DM divisions also introduced ABB's advanced technologies that help the public to be better aware of how to save energy.
Aiming to develop new energy programs and renewable energy as well as to diversify energy saving products, the Enertec Expo 2012 also held a seminar on the country's power strategy and planning for 2011-2020, mainly focusing on power saving products and methods of saving energy. To complement the exhibition and improve the public's awareness of the importance of energy saving, a contest to create art work with the theme "Smart city - saving energy for a civilized and modern city" was also organised and attracted more than 200 student participants.
