The survey was carried out by Anphabe and the market-leading research firm Nielsen Vietnam. The result is based on an online poll targeted at 1,000 companies in Vietnam. More than 10,000 audiences, currently working in Vietnam, participated in the survey and voting on 06 factors: Total Rewards, Grow Opportunity, Culture & Values, Leadership, Work & Life Quality, and Company Reputation. The result is a comprehensive report, including the most contemporary trends on career motivation and workplace expectations, categorized according to fields, ranks, departments and geography.

The result shows that ABB in Vietnam is proudly ranked 17th out of 100 companies voted as "Best Companies to Work in Vietnam" overall, and stands at 3th place in Engineering & Mechanical industry. Meanwhile, other similar companies in our field are only ranked 50th and lower.
