
With an aim to satisfying customers' increasing needs for technical service and improving ABB service quality, on 8 July 2010, our Customer Support Center was officially launched and started to provide 24/7 service and technical support including engineering consultation, installation & commissioning, training, spare parts, repairs, maintenance, retrofit and refurbishment. All customers can reach ABB through call center or email when they need service and technical support. With a unified image and integrated communication channel, ABB will provide customers with more convenient and more efficient services.
The Customer Support Center, under the leadership of the Country Service Organization, established crossed-division and crossed-business, and fully backed up by the company's service resources. The establishment of the center will facilitate customers to reach our service team easily and reduce company operation expense as well as overall cost for customer service.
