In the North, the seminars were held at the Thang Long Cement and Vissai Cement. Binh Phuoc Cement and HaTien 2 Cement were chosen as venues for the seminars in the South. The seminars successfully took place with supports of Mr. Boh Tse Seng and Mr. Danny Ong from ABB Singapore Drive Service Hub. Drive Service team also took this chance to visit some cement plants such as Hoang Thach, Quang Son Cements… to follow the plants business and demonstrate our ABB's service quality.
ABB also took this occasion to promote Life Cycle Service products to help customer better understand the benefits of Life Cycle Service to their processing line, e.g. minimise downtime and maximise uptime of drive system and process. Additionally, introduction of SPRS (slip power recovery system), a new solution for energy saving, were presented.
This chain of seminars emphasized on the importance of life cycle service to drive system. Customers also expressed satisfaction with ABB services and signalled future potential service opportunities for ABB.
