The program including 90 minutes for presentation and 30 minutes for factory tour aims to give non-engineering workers the basic information about transformer and understanding of its production and thus, to some certain extent, to facilitate their work when it occurs relating to transformer business.
"We work at one of biggest transformer factories in Vietnam, so it's really funny if you say that you have no idea about transformer, its components or its operating principles!" - Mr. Duong BuiKinh, Technology Manager, the speaker of this training course shared.
During the presentation part, many interesting concerns were raised by the attendants such as about average age of transformer, materials to produce transformer main parts, or the typical function of each parts...The funny Q&A part also created a relaxed atmosphere for everyone, with "one in a thousand" couples of question-answers as: "Customers think our Transformer fan is not aesthetic, what should we do?/ Persuade them to look at its industrial beauty"; "110V-electrical-fan wrongly connects to 220V, can we somehow fix it?/ Yes, you can. Just throw it away!!!"
In the remains of the program, the factory tour brings fresh experiences to employees who rarely work with transformer directly. Now transformer is not like something that we cannot understand and be complex as we imagined before.
