The meeting of channel partners of the Electrification Division (EP) this year has taken place on March 16th 2017 in the beautiful Nha Trang City, south of Vietnam. Participating at the meeting was around 30 representatives of the channel partners of EP nationwide and participants from ABB in Vietnam and region.
On his opening speech, Mr. Brian Hull, General Director of ABB in Vietnam warmly welcomed customers and expressed the Company's appreciation of the customer's contribution in making 2016 a very successful year for EP. He shared that the channel partners are crucial to ABB's business and that ABB looks forward to a stronger cooperation with channel partners in the year ahead.
On this occasion, besides business update around ABB Group and ABB in Vietnam in particular, the meeting also introduced to the partners ABB AbilityTM - the world's largest installed base of connected industrial devices to channel partners along with ABB's complete home and building automation solutions such the Building Space® and the ABB Living Space®.
As a Company that puts customer first on its approach, the meeting also spared the afternoon session to take partners' comments and discuss solutions to drive further business growth in the year 2017. Ensuring more users have access to ABB quality products and smart digital solutions has become an item on top of the action plan for the parties in the year 2017.
Other activities to enhance understanding and connection amongst ABB and channel partners were also organized on this occasion. The meetings ended in the commitment for full cooperation of the participating parties. Together, ABB and channel partners will drive for progress.
