ABB JDF will approve another two scholarships for students under the academic year 2011-2012. HUT will select potentially suitable candidates through an application screening process. ABB will then review the candidacy before announcing any scholarship. ABB will take part in an annual review of the student's performance which will determine whether the scholarship is continued.
The scholarships are granted for one full-year. The ABB JDF will pay 18,070,000 VND (for Hanoi resident student) or 21,670,000 VND (for non-Hanoi student). The ABB JDF will also be responsible for either submitting a computer equipment/ software or pay a one-time fee of 6,000,000 VND in the first year. The acceptance of the scholarship does not require the student to accept employment, if offered, by ABB after graduation.
Detailed conditions for continuation, dis-continuation or changes to the scholarships are subject to the agreement signed between ABB JDF and HUT and the agreement between ABB JDF and the qualified student(s).
I Interested students are required to send a Letter of Interest to HUT's Electrical Engineering faculty office from 5thJuly to 20thJuly 2011. Once you receive the Confirmation of Recommendation from HUT (by 27thJuly 2011), please follow the instructions for applicants, fill in the application form and send your application documents to the address as indicated in the application instructions.
