In mid 2012, ABB in Vietnam launched Authorized Value Provider Program which is an ABB global third party channel program that provides authorized partners with the right to use ABB "Authorized Value Provider" logo for advertising and printing purposes in order to create brand identification for ABB partners in the market. The ABB authorized value providers need to have in-depth knowledge of local markets and are conversant with the defined ABB products and processes.
In order to become "ABB Authorized Value Provider", Song Nguyen has to pass training courses, be qualified with ABB's strict criteria as well as agreed with ABB for development plans in the coming years. Besides, Song Nguyen also has to show their commitment in creating trust to customers with an effort to become a reliable drive partner in the market to provide energy efficiency and automation solutions to customers.
The AVP program is a new brand policy streamlining the use of the ABB logo for our channels to market, creating value for them and for our customers when working with authorized partners. In addition, it helps build customer confidence in the ABB brand by setting clear standards for quality and service.
