Health and safety is an integral part of ABB business. We aim to achieve world class OHS performance and all employees are expected to take responsibility for the health and safety of themselves, customers, contractors and others and act in an environmentally conscious manner.
Especially in 2013, we plan to achieve Zero serious accident, reduce LTI frequency rate, put a strong focus on unsafe acts/conditions, and take SOT corrective actions to prevent accidents. Besides, we want every staff member to reinforce work supervision on sub-contractors to help improve health and safety awareness among the contractors as well.
