Dear colleague,
If you have an urgent order you place after 11 am (but before 1 pm) that needs to ship on Fri 1.11., please contact your Customer Support Specialist to see what can be done. After 1 pm no orders are confirmed to ship on Fri because the whole picking-packing-shipping process has to be finished by the time SAP goes down.
After 1 pm please contact our 24/7 spare part emergency service (+358 10 22 27100). The emergency service fee is 600€ per case (incl. four hours of work). The phone number is a call center number so if they have problems to find the correct service, please mention "FIDSE" which is a unique keyword to our service.
Before 11 am business as usual
11 am onwards orders will be confirmed to ship on Mon
11 am to 1 pm CSS can manually change the order to ship on Fri if capacity permits
1 pm onwards please contact emergency service if you need the order to ship on Fri
3 pm SAP + Customer & Warranty Service close (=no evening shift until 6 pm)

With regards to the previously communicated blackout times in the PG (Jewel) Carve out project, FIABB Management team has confirmed the following change in timings.
Break start: Friday 1.11.2019 15:00
Break end: Target open Sunday 3.11.2019 22:00 but with a risk reservation so that system will be available latest Monday 4.11.2019 06:00
