
Beijing, July 1, 2012 - The ABB Group today announced the appointment of Jill Lee as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for North Asia and China.

Lee holds a MBA from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
Prior to joining ABB, Lee was Senior Vice President at Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), a global shipping and logistics company headquartered in Singapore, in charge of finance strategy and investments. Previously, she worked a number of years with a European industrial conglomerate holding key management positions in Singapore, China and Germany. Lee has broad finance and business experience in different companies and industries including power, automation, healthcare, electronics and telecommunications. She brings with her rich experience in supporting business growth, merger and acquisitions, enterprise re-organization and process optimization. Lee is also a non-executive board member of Sulzer AG.
