ABB by your side - customer case studies and management forum
One of ABB's most important business philosophies is "Working side-by-side with customers to deal with the difficulties and challenges they face." ABB products and technology have been widely deployed across a large number of industries in China for many years and as a result, ABB has established a huge installation base. How do customers view ABB? How do customers really feel about using ABB's products and technology? Having grown alongside customers for many years, how has ABB developed in China? What management experience has ABB acquired to ensure smooth implementation of projects and support the company's continued growth?
During "ABB Automation World 2012," ABB will share its rich experience in technology application, project implementation, and business development with customers from various industries. In customer case studies, customers from nearly ten industries, such as cement, automotive, mining, pulp and paper, construction, water supply, and railways, will be invited to give talks alongside ABB's technical staff, enabling them to share opinions on their respective industries and their experience with ABB products and technology. Also new, the ABB Management Forum will extend discussion topics to areas such as research and development, integrity and compliance, HR, supply chain management, occupational health and safety, and operational excellence, helping customers understand the underlying factors that have contributed to ABB's success.
