Founded in 1999, the Randstad Award survey is the world's largest independent employer branding research event. The study is based on a representative sample of people between the ages of 18 and 65. In 2015, the Randstad Award was held in China for the third time. The largest 150 Chinese and foreign companies received its survey this year that covered Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other first-tier and second-tier cities.
Through the survey they found that salary increases, career prospects, and job stability are the three factors valued most by respondents. Up to 82.79% of the respondents said they are willing to work for ABB under the premise of learning about ABB. This figure ranks ABB fifth on Randstad's "Top 20 Most Attractive Employers" list and highlights ABB's high level brand awareness and attractiveness to talent.
Additionally, ABB topped the three separate "Most Attractive Enterprises" lists ranked in terms of "career prospects", "work-life balance" and "environmentally & socially aware (CSR)".
