These students are studying for the master's degree in electrical engineering at Chalmers University, one of the distinguished universities in Sweden.
The purpose of this visit was to evaluate the progress of studies of the scholarship winners and to ensure better continuity. The visit was arranged in coordination with the Swedish Trade Council in Riyadh.
During their visit, Zeid and Awad met with the senior officials of Chalmers University, Jorgen Sjöberg, Gustavo Perrusquia and others. This visit was part of improving rapport and coordination between the university and ABB Saudi Arabia, who is the sole sponsor of the master's degree scholarship program.

ABB Saudi Arabia has been sponsoring the master's degree scholarship program for the third consecutive year. As part of this initiative ABB is currently in the process of selecting new talented Saudi electrical engineering graduates from various universities in Saudi Arabia. This scholarship program will help Saudi students to equip them with the skills and abilities for their successful career in the Kingdom's electrical energy sector.
