Selected candidates will undergo a seven-month long intensive and in-depth training program under the direct supervision of ABB experts to ensure they have the necessary skills and experience to excel in their chosen area once they complete the training period. The program will provide the students with complete exposure to a selected range of ABB products.
Furthermore, ABB Saudi Arabia intends to provide a rigorous and thorough training and real-time practical on-job experience to the trainees on power and automation technologies, and prepare them for a promising career ahead. Successful candidates will be treated as a full-time ABB employee during the entire course of training and will be offered rewarding career opportunity within ABB Saudi Arabia after they have completed the program
The training program will focus on technical, soft skills, and on-job rotation in different divisions/functions/activities such as obtaining enquiries by sales team, quotation placement by tendering team, project management, products manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, testing, installation and commissioning.
