COVID-19 detected globally is or might impact normal business and our execution of this Contract. If any consequences, whether directly or indirectly resulting out of, or are in connection with COVID-19, lead to delays in delivery of goods or provision of services or otherwise affect our contractual obligations or duties, we reserve the right to make changes to our commitments, regardless of when the disruption occurs during the term of the Agreement.
