The employer branding specialist Universum has published the company popularity ranking 2020 for students in Switzerland. Among engineering students, ABB ranks second behind software company Google, ahead of its competitors in the manufacturing industry.

According to the survey, engineering students associate ABB primarily with innovation and think that a job at ABB would be a good reference for a future career.
From October 2019 to March 2020, over 11,500 students at universities in Switzerland participated in this study. This annual survey is the most comprehensive study on employer branding worldwide as well as in Switzerland.

ABB Switzerland is actively involved in university marketing and makes targeted investments in the long-term retention of young talent. For this exchange, ABB tries to create new and creative ways for young talent, to be able to exchange ideas with current employees, to gain insight into the business areas and to get to know current trends and technologies.
