ABB has started a group-wide project to simplify its corporate structure, with the goal to have only one legal entity per country. In Switzerland, this remaining legal entity is ABB Switzerland Ltd.
Therefore, ABB Turbo Systems Ltd was merged with ABB Switzerland Ltd. This process was completed on May 31, 2020.
For our relationship this will not entail any substantial changes, as all rights and obligations are transferred by operation of law to ABB Switzerland Ltd.
After completion of the merger, ABB Turbo Systems is now called ABB Switzerland Ltd, Turbocharging.
