With continuous technology development, we have released a firmware update that will offer important security features and product improvements.
Due to these changes, from 18 November 2020, there will be a new firmware version that requires installation on your system to effectively operate your door entry system.
Please access the firmware file and instructions here (the file will download to your computer). Please watch this step-by-step instructional video to complete the necessary upgrade and note that you do not require a qualified electrician to perform this upgrade.
