ABB has partnered with ECL Group, a leading technology and energy solutions company specializing in refueling and digital technology solutions, to help New Zealand achieve its net zero emissions goal by 2050. With the government recently releasing a clean car policy, by making electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles more affordable, it is expected this will help play an important part in reducing emissions from light vehicles in New Zealand.

ABB has appointed ECL as an e-mobility system integrator and service provider.  ABB and ECL Group together are already planning significant EV charging infrastructure roll-out projects for key customers throughout New Zealand.
