- ABB to deliver electric vehicle chargers to Pulse Fitness & Spa locations in Sofia, Plovdiv and Bankso
- Terra 124 DC chargers can charge two EVs simultaneosly
ABB delivered 7 Terra 124 DC charging stations to the well-known sports center chain Pulse Fitness & Spa at its locations. The charging stations - owned, installed and operated by ABB’s partner Fines Charging - can charge electric vehicles with 120 kW power, depending on the electric vehicle and the number of EVs charged at the same time.
This new addition to Pulse Fitness & Spa’s range of offered services will provide its customers with the comfort of being able to charge their electric vehicles while training and will also serve as a charging point to newcomers and outside visitors.
Five of the chargers are to be operating in Sofia, two of which have already been installed, while the other two in Plovdiv and Bansko are expected to be operational very soon.
"We always keep on developing and providing new, different and innovative services to our customers. We are pleased to partner with ABB in the implementation of this exclusive project for the users of the service we provide," commented Pulse Fitness & Spa.
ABB's Terra 124 is designed to meet EV battery voltage capabilities up to 920V to deliver charging services across a wider range of today’s and tomorrow’s EVs. The Terra 124 model allows one vehicle to charge at 120 kW or two vehicles to charge simultaneously at 60 kW power each, thus maximizing convenience for drivers. This feature also helps amplify revenue opportunities for the charging operator, as more cars will be able to pass through the chargers, for a significantly reduced time.
