Generator refurbishment with electrical and mechanical upgrades enables optimized winding and slot geometry with increased thermal margins, enhanced cooling to reduce winding hot spots and bearing temperatures and extended operating envelope for higher power output.

LEAP 

LEAP assesses the condition of stator or rotor insulation by collecting historical maintenance and operating data to identify issues such as internal voids, delamination, localized high leakage, and aging of insulating resin, ultimately determining the insulation behavior and health of the generator.
